We offer free worldwide shipping as part of our commitment to excellent service. Orders are typically processed within 3-4 weeks, though custom orders may take longer. Please contact us for specific timeframes.

 

While we strive to meet estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to the complexity of the production process or external factors. We will notify you of any changes to your shipping date.

 

Shipping takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. We use insured express shipping through FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other reliable carriers.

 

Please note, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as national holidays, strikes, or other exceptional events. In these cases, we apologize for any inconvenience and will keep you informed.

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address. If delivery is unsuccessful, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue. In some cases, you may be able to update the delivery address or arrange a pickup.

Urgent Orders

Having said that, we are also known for our ability to deliver jewelry within tight timelines when needed. Depending on the volume of orders, we can accommodate rush orders. You may cancel and request a refund or exchange within 5 days of purchase, provided the order is non-personalized and not custom-sized.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at info@cadijewelry.com. Once confirmed, return items within 7 days, with shipping costs covered by you. Products must be returned undamaged, in original packaging, and with all accessories. We do not accept worn, used, altered, or damaged items.

 

Custom Orders

For custom orders, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless it’s a size or plating adjustment. In most cases, we may offer a credit or refund.

 

Returns are subject to a $65 handling fee, and the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.
